Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Osenso has taken and continues to take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.

Our Commitment

At Osenso, we are committed to ethical business practices and upholding human rights across every aspect of our operations. We fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act and are committed to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking play no part in our business or the services we engage with.

We believe in building a business that values transparency, fairness, and accountability, and that responsibility extends to how we work with employees, contractors, suppliers and partners, both in the UK and internationally.

Our Business and Operations

Osenso is a UK-based consultancy specialising in AI strategy, systems optimisation, and upskilling programmes for businesses across the UK, UAE, Canada and US. We operate a lean and agile business model, working with a mix of internal staff, independent consultants, and remote support professionals based in the UK and overseas.

While the nature of our services presents a low risk of modern slavery, we take a proactive approach to ensure our business relationships meet ethical and legal standards.

Our Supply Chain and Employment Practices

Our supply chain is limited and primarily includes professional service providers, digital tools, and technology platforms. Where we engage with third-party contractors, freelancers, or outsourced service providers, including international partners, we:

  • Conduct basic due diligence to understand their employment practices

  • Ensure fair pay, safe working conditions, and lawful terms of engagement

  • Avoid relationships with agencies or partners that do not demonstrate ethical standards

We do not knowingly work with any organisation involved in slavery, forced labour, or exploitative practices. Any such finding would result in immediate termination of the relationship.

Policies and Governance

Osenso is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity. Our internal processes and policies are designed to:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and labour laws

  • Verify that all individuals working on our behalf do so voluntarily and lawfully

  • Promote a culture of respect and ethical behaviour

As we grow, we will continue to embed awareness of modern slavery into our procurement and hiring practices, ensuring those involved in supplier management and recruitment understand how to identify and respond to potential risks.

Raising Concerns

We encourage anyone working with or for Osenso to report concerns about unethical or unlawful conduct, including modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially to senior leadership and will be treated seriously and without retaliation.
